    Important Notice about Returns

    For your item to be eligible for an exchange or a return, please ensure that it is new and unused, packed in original box with proof of purchase in original working condition*, no scratches or damages *, not resized and no alteration done on any part of the watch. Any packages received that do not conform to our rules of exchanges will be ignored.

    Product and Warranty

    All products sold on Watchspree are guaranteed to be 100% authentic and brand new. Over the years, Watchspree has sold watches to thousands of customers from all over the world and will continue to provide excellent customer service and the best possible pricing.

    All our products come with 1-Year Warranty* (2-Year Warranty for Smartwatches), original product tag and box, unless otherwise stated.
    *Casio models starting from MQ, MW59, MW240 do not come with warranty.
  • NOTICE

    Shipping

    As tracking is not available for Singpost Normal Mail, we will not be held liable for any lost parcels/damaged items mailed out via Singpost Normal Mail.
    ‘Qxpress’ and 'Qprime' shipping options are highly recommended as tracking number will be provided.

    • All orders will be strictly inspected and securely packed in bubble wrap packaging.
    • Orders will be shipped within 2 working days once payment has been completed.
    • All orders received on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

    Do note that all overseas buyers are responsible for any customs and/or tax payable and it is not included in the item price. Please check your country customs tax before buying or bidding.
  • NOTICE

    Return and Exchange Policy

    Return/exchange requests must be sent to us via ‘Question & Answer’ section below within 1 week from the date of delivery. We will respond to your request within 1 working day.

    Faulty Products:
    • If the faulty product is in stock, a replacement will be given to the customer once the faulty product is returned to us.
    • If the faulty product is out of stock, an exchange or a full refund will be granted once the faulty product is returned to us.

    Change of Mind:
    • No full refund will be granted. Only an exchange will be granted once the product is returned to us. If exchanged item selected is higher-priced, you have to top up and if it is lower-priced, any balance will not be refunded. Every item can only be exchanged once.

    Non-receipt Claim issue (Did not receive the item)

    Orders shipped via Qxpress/Qprime:
    If you do not receive your order even after order status has been changed to ‘Delivered’, please file for 'Non-receipt Claim' within 7 days.

    Orders shipped via Singpost Normal Mail:
    If you do not receive your order AFTER 15 working days, do contact us directly by dropping us a message at ‘Question & Answer’ section below. We will attend to your enquiry within 1 working day.

    Hi I have attach video to show the water vapour inside the watch. Can you understand or see the issue if not I can attach more video

    I got this watch from your company 2 days ago.
    I only wash my hand and bath.
    Today I see the watch inside got water as show in the video.
    Let me know what I should do if there are warranty or 1 to 1 exchange.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the information.
    As per checking, this model is only water resistant which is not suitable to wear it during bathing. Since you have wear it for bath, we would like to suggest you to bring the watch and the warranty card along to our office and we will send the watch to the repair center to check about the problem. It might takes 6-8 weeks for the full mechanism repair process. Last but not least, we are strongly advice not to wear it during bathing again.
