Any packages received that do not conform to our rules of exchanges will be ignored.

All products sold on Watchspree are guaranteed to be 100% authentic and brand new. Over the years, Watchspree has sold watches to thousands of customers from all over the world and will continue to provide excellent customer service and the best possible pricing.
All our products come with 1-Year Warranty* (2-Year Warranty for Smartwatches), original product tag and box, unless otherwise stated. *Casio models starting from MQ, MW59, MW240 do not come with warranty.

As tracking is not available for Singpost Normal Mail, we will not be held liable for any lost parcels/damaged items mailed out via Singpost Normal Mail. ‘Qxpress’ and 'Qprime' shipping options are highly recommended as tracking number will be provided.
• All orders will be strictly inspected and securely packed in bubble wrap packaging. • Orders will be shipped within 2 working days once payment has been completed. • All orders received on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
Do note that all overseas buyers are responsible for any customs and/or tax payable and it is not included in the item price. Please check your country customs tax before buying or bidding.

Return/exchange requests must be sent to us via ‘Question & Answer’ section below within 1 week from the date of delivery. We will respond to your request within 1 working day.
Faulty Products: • If the faulty product is in stock, a replacement will be given to the customer once the faulty product is returned to us. • If the faulty product is out of stock, an exchange or a full refund will be granted once the faulty product is returned to us.
Change of Mind: • No full refund will be granted. Only an exchange will be granted once the product is returned to us. If exchanged item selected is higher-priced, you have to top up and if it is lower-priced, any balance will not be refunded. Every item can only be exchanged once.
